Participation in a Referral Program may require you to submit personal information about you and your friends, usually only a valid email address. By participating in a Referral Program, you agree to receive communications from Bruce Robison, and/or from our trusted partners that operate and maintain the Referral Program, with regards to your participation in the Referral Program.  You will have the option to OPT OUT at any time.

The following guidelines shall apply to your participation in any Referral Program:

1. You may not participate in a Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

2. Your eligibility to earn a discount reward will be based on your ability to make referrals to friends with valid e-mail addresses. Friends are not required to make a purchase in order for you to receive your discount.

In  return, you and your friends will be given the opportunity to register at http://www.brucerobison.com and http://brucerobison.clatterhead.com, and your friends will also be given the opportunity to make referrals to their friends. This feature helps us spread the word about Bruce Robison. During and after participation in the Referral Program you and/or your friends may receive additional communications from us in relation to the Referral Program and you and/or your friends' participation in it. The data collected through the Referral Program is ONLY used for the operation and ongoing maintenance of the Referral Program and WILL NOT be distributed to any third parties other than those Bruce Robison trusted partners that may be helping us in the operation and maintenance of the Referral Program.
