Q: What do you do with my email address?

   A: Clatterhead uses email to send you the reward. Your email address is shared with the client for campaign analysis only. We do not rent, sell, or share your email address with any third party without your permission. If you would like to receive future email correspondence from the client, you have the option to opt-in when you initially enter your email address.

Q: What do you do with my friends' email addresses?

   A: Clatterhead uses your friends' email addresses to send the client message and reward/coupon. Your friends' email addresses are shared with the client for campaign analysis only. We don't rent, sell, or share your friends' email addresses.

Q: Can I send to more than 3 friends?

   A: Sure! After sharing via email, click on "Share Again" and repeat the process. Or, if sharing via a social network simply return to the application and share again.

Q: How do I get my reward?

   A: Your reward will be sent to you via email. Rewards are sent to the email address entered when sharing.

Q: How do I redeem my reward?

   A: Typically, there will be a clickable link that takes you to the client website to redeem your reward. Or you can print the reward and redeem at a client location. Check the specific reward details and disclaimers for redemption information.

Q: Will I receive future emails or other correspondence from Clatterhead?

   A: Clatterhead does not store your emails for future correspondence. You may receive future emails from a client if you opted-in when initially entering your email address.

Q: How often can I share with my friends?

   A: You can share with your friends as often as you like using as many sharing methods as you like. Check reward coupons and codes for usage limitations, terms, and conditions. Some rewards are valid "one per person, per day," etc.

Q: Can I add a personal message when I share?

   A: Yes, we encourage you to add a personal comment or recommendation when sending a message. Simply enter your text in the "Personalize" box when sending an email or in the "Add Comment" field for Facebook.

Q: Do you store my social network login information?

   A: No, we do not access or store your login information for Facebook, MySpace, or Twitter.

Q: Do my friends emails arrive from me or from Clatterhead?

   A: This is a personal recommendation from you to your friends, family, and colleagues. Emails will arrive from the email address you entered when sharing.
